Burning Man is one of the largest art and music festivals in the world.

8 Bit Bunny has been participating camp at Burning Man for 9 years. They host approximately 50 campers every year and remain self-reliant for the entire week providing everything that is needed. They were in need of wayfinding signage for campers to easily understand rules and the like around camp.

I created 10 signs to be displayed in various places around camp to indicate the hours of operation for their steam bath and bar, kitchen rules, etc. They were printed on aluminum panels through a generous contribution from a donor with the NYC department of Transportation for their archival ability to withstand the extreme weather conditions in the desert.

The Greats of Craft

  • Graphic Design

A hybrid bar and rooftop event space, The Greats of Craft offers a wide array of craft beer while catering to downtown Long Island City locals. They were in need of wayfinding signage for their commercial refrigerators to help customers navigate their retail canned and bottled selections.

Using assets from their established brand identity, I designed three banners to be displayed above their refrigerator doors.

Playa Betty’s

    Mixed media

Playa Betty’s is a California style beach restaurant located on the Upper West Side of New York City. They needed to advertise and market their menu items, hours of operation and other customer services to increase business revenue.

In order to keep the designs on brand, I researched and pulled inspiration from 1960s California art and hand painted the typography and illustrations. Designs for street sign graphics, window graphics, and a 3ft by 2ft craft beer board were created.
